Calculated and Combined Shipping:
You may combine items into one package, and calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package. Calculated shipping uses eBay’s shipping calculator. Enter your ZIP Code and the shipping cost is calculated according to your location. The weight of each item will be added together when you check out. Items must be purchased together for combined shipping, and items do not need to be the same. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about combined shipping.
Shipping for U.S. Sales:
Use eBay’s shipping calculator to get shipping charges. We Ship via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail, U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS. Note: UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Buyer pays shipping except if free shipping is offered. All Items that we have listed on eBay we have in stock and ready to ship. Items purchased and paid on Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours of the time item is paid for. All Items purchased and paid on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday with the exception of holidays. Items purchased and paid on a holiday will ship the following business day. With this said we will do everything possible to ship all items the same day. Ohio residents pay 7.00% Ohio sales tax. Under no circumstances will items be shipped without payment received. Items being returned must be unopened, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be for the item being returned less shipping cost.

In the case that we have the ability to handle the warranty item, return authorization is required prior to returning the item to us. In most cases the item will be replaced at no charge to you.
