Fantastic crinoid (Pentagrinites dargenesi) slab from the Middle Jurassic (Bathonian) from Sennecy le Grande, France. Multiple crowns and a field of arms on this rather large 9 X 6-inch mass mortality plate. An incredible assemblage of these ancient echinoderms from a completely played out site.  Specimens with this many individuals and this detailed are extremely rare. The cube is a 1 cm cube and is present to show a comparative size. It is not included in the sale.
